Learn the basics required to deal with customers in an office environment. Includes courses on Basics of Workplace Success, Grammar, Business Correspondence, and introduction to the Microsoft Office suite with Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS)
courses.

Outcome: Those who complete this program typically find jobs as customer service representatives or in related careers such as Library Clerk, Courtesy Receptionist, Complaint, Inquiries, or Information Clerk, healthcare reception, and financing, credit card companies. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, customer service job opportunities are expected to grow faster than average in the coming
years.
