GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS (HCFA - Healtch Care Finance Administration:

In a nutshell, the government has mandated provider compliance program guidelines which must include written standards for:

• Ongoing monitoring and auditing of practice operations
• Background checks of physicians and staff
• System for reporting suspicious conduct
• Consistent enforcement and changes to internal policies and procedures if offenses are discovered

To complement the mandates, National Certification Services staff with its many years of combined experience, has developed various training programs (www.meditec.com) and competency testing currently used by many companies in both medicine and law.  Whether you acquired your knowledge and skills at a school or on the job, what you know may be successfully tested and certified.   Then, once your certification is documented, Med-Certification will provide and document your continuing education credits (CECs) as required under compliance rules. 

Plan to wet your feet and tickle your brain with the practice tests “Cert-blasters” and then to complete the process by sitting for the “Exam-Guard” certification exam. The tests are the virtual benchmarks in the professional fields we serve.
